Saturday Morning Yoga

Saturdays 9-10:15am When we breathe better we feel better and have more energy, enjoy a synthesis of movement, breath, and energy while cultivating strength and flexibility.
A great class for beginners and those that want to experience a slower, peaceful, blissful practice. This class develops a relationship of meditative awareness between the body and mind to help you experience a deeper level of yourself.
