Looking for a way to de-stress this holiday season?

Always wanted to try yoga?
Looking for a new yoga class?
Don't feel comfortable in large yoga classes?
Nervous to take your first class?
......Then these new 6 week session yoga classes will be for you! 
Small, intimate, comfortable, and limited to no more than 6 people per class. 
Classes held in a small cozy space in downtown New Richmond. 

Starting the week of November 9th:

Mondays (11/10-12/15): 60 minute Basic Beginners Class @ 7:30pm
Have you always wanted to try yoga, but never have? Then this class is for you! 6 week session ($55)

Wednesdays (11/12-12/17): 60 minute Beginners Flow Yoga @7:30pm. Have you done some yoga, but it's been a while, you need a refresher, or just need a calming class to get you through the holidays? 6 week session ($55)

*Intermediate yoga classes will begin in the new year

Summer Yoga Series continues... 6 week sessions starting the week of July 28th: Mondays- Beginners class 7:30pm Tuesdays- Beginners flow class 7:30pm Thursdays- Intermediate class 7pm 6 week sessions $50, drop ins $15 per class These are all 60 minute classes All will be held at The Rivers Edge building in Grand Forks, ND. Classes must be paid for in advance by check (mail) or PayPal by 7/24/14.
